CAPAI — Centre for African Public AI

CAPAI represents a crucial initiative in the public AI space, focusing on government technology, sovereign AI frameworks, and pan-African digital transformation. The web platform needed to convey institutional authority while remaining exceptionally accessible and lightweight.

Built using Next.js, React, and Tailwind CSS, the platform was architected to present complex research papers, fellowship details, and partnership frameworks with absolute clarity. The design adheres to strict minimalist principles, prioritizing editorial typography, clear navigational hierarchies, and rapid page load times across global networks.

We implemented structured content templates that allow the organization to easily publish policy updates, announce academic fellowships, and highlight ongoing public AI initiatives. The static delivery architecture ensures enterprise-grade security and reliability without the ongoing maintenance overhead of traditional database-driven systems.
